Our shower was installed by Bath Fitter in July 2016. We are completely satisfied by the quality, workmanship, and durability of the entire shower system. After 9+ years of almost daily use, minus vacation days, we were told by a another plumbing company, that was doing a service inspection of our entire plumbing system, that our shower's pressure valve was getting hard to turn and needed to be replaced. We had Bathfitter install a new shower in our master bathroom 10 years ago. The one day installation was wonderful. Our shower stall is easy to keep clean and still looks like new! Replacing our bulky shower enclosure added inches all the way around and it has made a huge difference. The grab bars are as sturdy as ever and the glass door is still sparkly clean. It was money well spent!

Its been 8 years since our remodel. Our tub and walls are still like brand new. We had an overall good experience with the install. There were some communication issues, but we got it all worked out. Remember, this was 8 years ago. We've had recaulking done once. The guy who came out was amazing !!
