Like any consumer, I researched this process and got several quotes to do my roof, using quality materials and methods. My current roof was 20 years old and the insurance company required replacement. Of the respondents to my quote request (2 didn't even reply back to me), 2 came out and measured while 2 used the aerial photograph method to provide estimates.
