When getting bids I highly recommend you get several and look at the fine print. The three bids we received were wildly different both in terms of the stated bottom line as well as the cost of incidental "extras". For example, one place said they would include up to 3 sheets of replacement plywood, another 4, and McDonald Roofing was 5.
