So it took over 4 months after we had paid for half to the roof it get it done ! The crew that finally did it was great and fast ! Dalton tried to make things better he was the only one that was responsive and understanding. READ your contract because in fine print it states $75 per sheet for OSB board OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Our roof cost us an additional $6600 when we were done !!!!! Feel taken advantage of! I know lumber prices are high but that’s robbery

My roof experienced some damage from wind and rain. Briggs Roofing come right over inspected the roof and repaired it I was so impressed by the repair that several oh my neighbors had Briggs Roofing do there repairs. They were very professional and skilled at their work. I would highly recommend them again and plan to us them to resolve any roofing problems that may occur.
They had respectful workmen and executives. I feel they explained our options well. The roof seems to be done well. Because we have several owners, there was a bit of miscommunication. Messages were being left with someone who was not in charge, I was unhappy to find we were being charged a late charge and threatened with other fees when the job had been half paid for and was only two weeks past the finish date.
