Had someone come out Aug 15th for inspection, I have called 3 times with no return phone call. Not worth my time to keep calling back. You don't want my business that's fine. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had communication issues. I won't be recommending you to anyone.
Someone came out on July 11th to give me an estimate on a new roof or repair existing. After calling them back twice I am still waiting for an estimate!. Don't think I want to do any business with them!!
They kept me informed, every step of their work, from quotations, schedule, and coming on time at my location (home) etc. They answered not only my questions, but Insurance Agents questions about the State Regulations Compliance, and provided copies in a timely manner. For Power vent on the roof, they work around schedule of my electrical contractor, and provided assistance as needed. They were quick, & kept my place clean.
