We paid in full to have our roof repaired in Oct 2021. They showed up the week of Christmas. The roof still leaks and it is now April 2022. They have been out twice to look at it but we are hearing nothing from them about when they will repair it. New info-yesterday my husband was told over the phone that they do not warranty their work!!

Briggs was on time and finished reroofing my house quickly. The workman were respectful, worked hard and were great about cleaning up afterwards. But, there were supply issues (I ended up with different color shingles and flashing than I wanted). I found out about this later rather than sooner and ended up accepting what they had in stock in order to get the roof repaired according to my limited time frame.
