I haven’t seen a work force so dedicated to its customer in years! It was so refreshing to see people take complete concern and pride in their work. Every night the job site was cleaned up and cleared of any debris. Work force showed up early and worked late to help complete the job in a timely manner. So it took over 4 months after we had paid for half to the roof it get it done ! The crew that finally did it was great and fast ! Dalton tried to make things better he was the only one that was responsive and understanding. READ your contract because in fine print it states $75 per sheet for OSB board OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Our roof cost us an additional $6600 when we were done !!!!! Feel taken advantage of! I know lumber prices are high but that’s robbery

Mr & Mrs Smith, We are sorry to hear about your displeasure regarding the price of the decking for your roofing project and the time it took to get the project started. First we would like to say that we have been displeased by the extreme price increases in materials, not just in construction but in other areas as well. We would like you to know that during your project our costs on materials increased but that price was not passed on to you as the contract had already been signed holding your price at the lower rate. Due to circumstances out of our hands it took us a little longer than we would have liked to start your project. We try to communicate with our customers through these times when unfortunate scheduling mishaps occur. We sincerely hope to resolve the issues that are in our control and work harder to make a better customer experience. Thank you for allowing us to work with you for your roofing needs.

My roof experienced some damage from wind and rain. Briggs Roofing come right over inspected the roof and repaired it I was so impressed by the repair that several oh my neighbors had Briggs Roofing do there repairs. They were very professional and skilled at their work. I would highly recommend them again and plan to us them to resolve any roofing problems that may occur.
