Work is on point, just some miscommunication on what a cash discount meant. I asked if that included a credit card and was told a discount could be applied at the end of the job. Turns out I should have just cut a check. That's why I rated a 4 star. Probably most my fault since cash discount and credit card sounded a bit odd.
I bought a $20,000 roof and it didn't even last 6 months before the ridge ripped off due to poor installation, and almost half of the shingles were destroyed through the first winter. They didn't guarantee their work and made me pay to repair their shoddy work. Mark Ball was my salesman and he talked me out of the roof I wanted and into a shingle roof that was terrible for the conditions of my home.
