They had respectful workmen and executives. I feel they explained our options well. The roof seems to be done well. Because we have several owners, there was a bit of miscommunication. Messages were being left with someone who was not in charge, I was unhappy to find we were being charged a late charge and threatened with other fees when the job had been half paid for and was only two weeks past the finish date. We love our roof replacement by Briggs! They took the time to provide the brand and color of shingles we wanted, and they were very professional completing the project. Just recently they quickly came out and repared one shingle that was lifting in the wind, again professionally done. I recommend Briggs Roofing Company!
