We've done business with Briggs over many years. They do good work. Love our new commercial roof. It looks great. The guys work hard. They really did a great job overall. However we were very disappointed that they disappeared from the job for about 5-7 business days or so during perfect weather with the job unfinished. Our company does work very hard to make sure that your roof is completed in a timely manner with no issues but unfortunately, no matter how hard we try, this does not always happen. Regarding the timeliness of your roofing project, we ran into some unforeseen problems regarding framework that needed replaced and completed, as well as finish material that was not ready as scheduled all of which was communicated with the Primary contact on your project. At Briggs Roofing we understand that communication is very important and if we did not communicate thoroughly enough, we apologize. Your roof was inspected for completion, but not with the Primary contact. We hope to rectify that with you as soon as possible. When this is done you will receive a Happy Customer report for your Metal Roofing System and a Certificate of Completion for the whole project. We appreciate your feedback, as we strive to always do better and Make Happy Customer's.
I have been very pleased with their prompt service and their courtesy answers to my questions and concerns. There were there when that said they would be and finished on record time. I would certainly use them again.
