I used bright side for a home that I bought “as is” with an old roof. Heather Jones was my realtor and of course she highly recommended Bright Side. I had them and a few other companies come out for estimates. No one else came close to Bright Side’s level of professionalism or knowledge. Other companies just said “this is wrong, here’s the price”.
