I hired Brightside for a roof replacement that included removing and reinstalling my solar panels. The estimate process was great, and they even patched a couple of leaks before I committed, which I appreciated.
The roof itself was done well, but everything after that went downhill. My panels were removed on May 24, and it took over a month of constant excuses to get them reinstalled—delays blamed on parts, weather, or scheduling. As you may know, we outsource solar removal and reinstallation to a third-party contractor, CNC Solar. The roof installation service provided was excellent! I met with Dave and had an appointment scheduled the next week to have the roof done. Tyler who supervised the work team kept me informed of the progress during the installation process. Kudos to everyone for the great customer service and I highly recommend this company!
