All positive feedback from the first meeting to the day of my new roof installation. Clean up was very thorough with over an hour in rolling a magnet to pick up stray nails. Finished product is beautiful. Project manager Matt Seeman has this team on top of their game. Thank you Brightside

Jason McPherson came out to inspect our roof when we called about large blocks of shingles that had blown off our roof. He was thorough & took pictures on the roof and in the attic space. He then went over the results and explained what our options were. We acquired estimates from two additional companies. We called Jason with questions and he came right over to help us. In addition to the highly rated reviews, their commitment to the community through Habitat For Humanity as well as their GAF c... Read more

The professionals at Brightside are second to none. Firstly, their team responsible for scheduling/inspection/selling is friendly, responsive and very helpful. They explained the process every step of the way, and made me aware of any complications that could come up and what it means. The team responsible for installation worked very fast, and finished my 3600 sq ft roof in a single day. Even as it got dark on them, they made sure to clean up behind themselves, and returned the next morning to ... Read more

We had Brightside build a sunroom addition. We worked with Brian and Jason. Brian was not professional at all. The construction people showed up when they felt like it. The permit was never pulled until after the project was finished. The materials for the projected damaged my lawn. By far the worst experience that we had. We were literally playing cat and mouse to have Brightside get the project inspected. I am giving 2 stars because some of the employees were good to work with. Jason was prof... Read more

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Tayag, I'm really surprised to see this negative review 6 months later. As we stated before we really do apologize for the experience that you had with your project. We were under the impression that the discount we agreed to would resolve these problems while we implemented systems to ensure that it would never happen again. If there is something more you would now like us to do please let us know. Thanks again for your feedback.
