4 years ago I had Baffalo come out to dice my gutters. Fast forward to today and I called to inquire about doing it again because of the thaw and freezing we have had. I spoke to Andy and I have to say he was wonderful. We spoke for quite sometime because I was worried about the same issue with thawing and freezing in the gutters. Reliable, honest, and persistent! I had a roof claim that took over a year and half to get approved. Buffalo knew I had State Farm which was notoriously difficult this time around to get claims approved, and decided to still undertake the battle to get my claim approved. A lot of persistence from their end and them taking all the risks and spending time on my claim with no guarantee of payment.

This roofing contractor is not reliable. They made big promises during the estimate, took payment, and then didn’t follow through. I waited weeks for them to return but nothing happened. No updates, no refund, no finished roof. I feel cheated and want to warn others.
