Chris was very kind, honest and professional and showed that he cared more about treating the customer fairly than turning a quick buck. During the recent storm facia blew off the side of my roof and instead of trying to sell me a costly repair, Chris advised that since my roof was only a few years old I should contact the original installer to repair the facia.
