Excellent quality work, polite and professional crew! The results are worth paying for. We had a metal roof put on our old (ca. 1915) house, and our neighbors keep complimenting us on the results. We've seen noticeable improvements in air circulation and temperature too. While they were putting in the roof, they noticed that the front gutter downspouts feeding to the porch gutter (which were not installed by them) weren't up to their standards. Rather than just leave them, they fabricated and i... Read more

Paul, this is exactly the kind of feedback our team loves to hear. Your home has so much character, and we’re glad the new metal roof complements it while also improving the comfort inside. We especially appreciate you noticing the extra care taken with the downspouts. Those details matter, and we never want to walk away from something that could be made better. Thank you for trusting BulletpROOF with such an important project!

I appreciated talking to Chris Morgan, the owner and getting to know him personally. That was part of the sale. I know I’m paying more than some of the other roofers out there, but I saw the quality of their work from a house next-door. And I like what they did and how they got it done. I was especially happy that they really cleaned up really well, especially in my attic. I would hire them again.

Chris was great to talk to about our roof replacement. He answered all our questions. His team were professional and hard working! Everything looks amazing! We had some vinyl siding slip out behind window. I called to see about a quote. Came out next day and popped it back in at no charge! Great company to work with! At the end of the project Chris made sure everything was cleaned up. The roofers were professional and hard working!
