I was told of ridge vent coming lose on my roof and it was of an urgent concern. I reached out to BulletpROOF at 8pm and by 8am next morning, I had a follow up phone conversation with staff. The initial phone consultation was quick, informative, and triaged my case based on urgency. I was having issues with water coming down the front stone of my house where a gutter meets against the stone wall. I had a couple of company's come out and quote and look the project over. The thing that set bulletproof apart was JC come out and looked at my concerns but also took the time to look over everything as well.
