Bulletproof Exteriors never disappoints. We had our roof replaced by Bruce in 2020. Bruce came out and got on our roof with my insurance adjuster and argued for us for replacement instead of repaired. The adjuster wouldn’t dispute anything he was saying and our entire roof was covered under insurance!! Recently in 2024, we live in a very very high wind area and a cap was removed from the roof. JC and the crew at Bullet Proof were amazing in getting our roof covered by insurance. Then on top of that they were there within a week replacing the roof (it was a non-emergency) and had the entire roof and garage done in two days. They reflashed our chimneys which made them look even better than before and did an amazing job with the cleanup.
