I contacted this company to so that they could come to my home and give me a bid on a home project. They rudely claimed that I was not the homeowner, according to the Assessor's office, and would not provide me with a bid. Needless to say I was insulted and perplexed. Instead of asking me for an explanation about why their conclusion was not fully informed they just decided to ignore / forgo my request.
