The worker, Raul, did a good job. The work was different from what we had described on the phone. Raul discussed the change of scope with me and separately we discussed it with Sergio at the Callejas’ office.
We agreed on a reasonable increase in price and the remainder of the work proceeded.
It took about 1 hour more and I have protection from the next hurricane.
