    The work quality is very good. Mathew Joseph was very professional and responsive to all inquiries. There were a few unexpected challenges, but Mathew and the work crews addressed all of them and we are very satisfied with the final product. We replaced the roof shingles, gutters and downspouts, and added gutter guards.     We recently had Cardinal remove old patio doors from our sunroom and frame and install windows and doors to make it a four season room, Terry and his guys did an amazing job!! In just two days they completed all of the exterior work, siding and trim, Id highly recommend them for any job you’d have!! Terry handled all of the necessary permits, and materials quoted while meeting the requirements of the HOA ,,,outstanding!
