Matthew Joseph was the project manager for the project of replacing my roof. My neighbors had wind damage and I asked Matthew to inspect my roof. It had damage even though I had no signs from the inside. Since Matthew has been in the roofing and construction business, he made the process from start to finish simple and professional. We used Cardinal Roofing and Construction to replace our roof. The Cardinal Project Manager, Matthew, worked with my insurance company to describe the damage, met with the adjuster to agree on the damage estimates, oversaw the completion of the roof replacement, and came back to address questions and minor fixes. Overall, the process was painless, professional, efficient and well performed.
