    Darren Davis and Karina Palacio helped us through entering our wind claim for our roof. They explained the whole process and were quick to respond whenever needed. After the claim was approved they explained the whole payment process and I am happy to say our roof is scheduled for replacement this Monday, just about a week from making first contact.
