Chris and Tracy provided excellent customer service as I went through the selection process. They responded promptly and kept me informed. The installation crew, led by Carlos, were courteous, professional, and did a beautiful job with installation of my front door and sliding back door. They showed up early, added every finishing touch, and cleaned up the work space. Highly recommended. Service: General door installation

Tracy provided the best customer service among all the contractors with whom I worked. She always responded to my emails. I was also very impressed with the crew they sent to install the window/patio door. It was a whole crew - not just one or two people. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. They took care of everything. I didn't have any thing to fix or clean up after their departure. And the window Care Contracting chose is just beautiful. I look forward to testing it o... Read more

Got a new sliding glass door. Their delivery times and cost far outpaced 2 other local competitors. They did the installation in 2 hours for a standard sized slider. Door works great, caulking and flashing were done cleanly and precisely. The door has only been in 24 hrs, so I can't comment on the value, but everything seems to be sturdy from the frame, door, sliding base, through the lock mechanism.

From the beginning to the end of my sliding glass door, my experience with this company has been great. Tracy (office manager) has kept me informed on the progress of my project from ordering the door, receiving the door, and scheduling an install date. Not only were the installers were on time but they did a very professional installation. They were quick and the door looks beautiful. Care Contracting has provided me with exceptional service and I will definitely be using them again. I ... Read more
