At Care Contracting, based in Leesburg, VA, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality experience for our clients by taking necessary precautions to protect existing deck flooring, ceiling, brick, doors, and adjacent finishes throughout construction. We will thoroughly inspect the existing wood framing and railing system to ensure they're suitable for the planned upgrades. Our skilled team will then carefully remove and dispose of any existing screening and related attachment materials, preparing the current openings to receive a new, durable, insect screening system.
Our project includes furnishing and installing exterior-grade insect screening across all open wall sections of the deck. We expertly secure the screening with appropriate stops, trim, spline, or fastening components, ensuring a clean and finished appearance. The screening will be installed from the upper framing down to the railing, as well as in the openings beneath the handrail, creating a fully enclosed space. Additionally, we provide and install an exterior-grade screen or storm door, complete with hinges, handle, latch, closer, and necessary trim, offering both function and aesthetic value.
To maximize performance, we seal and finish transitions in the screen system, minimizing gaps and entry points for insects. Our team will prime and paint new wood trim and disturbed areas to match the existing white finish as closely as possible. Upon completing our work, we will remove all debris related to the project, ensuring the work area is left broom-clean, reflecting our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
