Really easy to work with. The door looks fantastic! Only issue was that during installation the installer wasn't going to insulate (said he didn't have any)--we just ran out to Home Depot to get it. We didn't know we needed to insulate the door, our contractor suggested it on-site.
The installer waited without a problem, which was really nice. He also went out to get some trim to deal with an alignment issue. Extremely happy with the final outcome!!!
