I got the double gas filled windows (9000 series) but noise cancellation feature wasn't really working as I expected.

Okay, I got my new windows installed yesterday. Here is pros and cons.
Pros: Good quality window. Smooth scheduling the appointment to install.
Window was ready faster than I expected (only took 1.5wks). Window was solid and seemed great. Right color and right size. Window installing crews came on time.

Haylee, My sincere apologies. As you can tell from our other reviews, this is definitely out of the ordinary for us. Please contact me directly to discuss. Thank you. We have tried multiple times to contact you, but never seem to be able to connect or receive a call back from you. We have also tried emails, but have not received a reply. It's apparent you would like answers based on the updated reviews we're seeing you post. If you are experiencing any issues with your install please call us at your convenience as we are unable to help if we cannot reach you. As you can tell from our other reviews, customer service is of the upmost importance to us. Where our 9000 Series window comes with sound proofing, that will not reduce outside noise that can be heard through other parts of your home; ie walls and doors. Again, I'd be more than happy to go over this as well as anything else you would like to discuss. I'm always happy to help! Respectfully, Chris
