Update (8/15/17):
I got the double gas filled windows (9000 series) but noise cancellation feature wasn't really working as I expected.
Update (8/9/17):
Okay, I got my new windows installed yesterday. Here is pros and cons.
Pros: Good quality window. Smooth scheduling the appointment to install.
Window was ready faster than I expected (only took 1.5wks). Window was solid and seemed great. Right color and right size. Window installing crews came on time.

Haylee, My sincere apologies. As you can tell from our other reviews, this is definitely out of the ordinary for us. Please contact me directly to discuss. Thank you. We have tried multiple times to contact you, but never seem to be able to connect or receive a call back from you. We have also tried emails, but have not received a reply. It's apparent you would like answers based on the updated reviews we're seeing you post. If you are experiencing any issues with your install please call us at your convenience as we are unable to help if we cannot reach you. As you can tell from our other reviews, customer service is of the upmost importance to us. Where our 9000 Series window comes with sound proofing, that will not reduce outside noise that can be heard through other parts of your home; ie walls and doors. Again, I'd be more than happy to go over this as well as anything else you would like to discuss. I'm always happy to help! Respectfully, Chris
Really enjoyed working with the Window Source. Professional and got all of my windows done in a few hours!
My experience with this company has been wonderful. We replaced all of our windows and two doors. I love both the windows and doors. The salesman was wonderful and is like part of the family now! The installers were terrific! Chris, the owner, was wonderful also. The communication was excellent. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the professionalism, work ethic, friendliness, willingness to go above and beyond and then some! THANK YOU ALL!!!!
Thank you for the wonderful review, Charlotte!
I got their information online as I was trying to help my parents replacing their windows. Great customer service. Great people. Prompt replies when you try to reach them. I would definately go back for their service again in the future and I highly recommend this company if anyone needs the window service done.
Thank you so much for the excellent review, Jennifer! It was a pleasure working with you.
