Recently Care Free Homes completed a renovation of our home in Dartmouth. Project included:
a refurbishment of an existing deck and conversion of adjacent sunroom to a contemporary four season
room . In addition all trim and fascia were wrapped with weather resistant covering and all gutters and down spouts replaced. The tropical storm that just blew through 2 weeks ago reminded our family of the stress we used to have as a result of an old roof that was flaking away and falling in pieces into our yard each time the wind gusted.
It's now been 6 years since Care Free Homes came to save the day with a GAF roof that gives us all the confidence in the world that our roof is there to stay!

Our Family became Care Free last week. We wanted to sell our home and the buyer feedback we were getting was that the roof needed to be replaced. We met with Stephanie & Nate and they worked with us through choosing, scheduling and affording the new roof just in time for it to be sold. 24 hours later, our home was officially under agreement.
