We offer two warranty tiers: the 4-Star Warranty covers 100% of material defects for the full warranty period on a non-prorated basis, including tear-off, disposal, and all replacement costs, with no workmanship coverage. The 5-Star Warranty includes everything the 4-Star covers plus 25 years of workmanship protection, meaning if any issue arises from the installation itself, CertainTeed will cover the full cost of repairs or replacement within that period.
