    I had bought a townhome in 2012 and have pictures of the attic and see the exhaust pipes venting out of the roof. No notes in the inspection report that says the exhaust pipes are left venting into the attic. In April 2020, Central exteriors replaced the entire roof and on the day of replacement called me to say all the plywood need changing as well and I agreed.     Unfortunately, they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. I sent an email asking for a price to replace a leaking skylight. I got an email back asking for my address to which I replied but was ghosted after that. The next day I called the office and stated what I needed done and was assured someone would give me a call. On that call I explained that in 2024 that had done a great job on my mother in-laws roof and gave them a lead for my son since he is looking to replace his roof, but my job was ... Read more

    Central Exteriors did an amazing job installing a metal roof, gutters, and vinyl shake shingles on the gabels. I appreciate the communication with Jon as he was very quick to respond to any questions I had. During the roof install an unexpected thunderstorm was headed my way. Jon contacted me at about 8 pm to let me know that his crew was coming to make sure everything was water tight. The crew showed up about 10 pm and got everything sealed up in complete darkness!     We used Central Exteriors for a full roof replacement in December. Working with Jon and the crew was a dream. Jon was patient with our ever-changing schedule prior to the start of the job. He communicated very well from our initial contact right through the completion of the job, and he followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were fully satisfied.
