    Unfortunately, they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. I sent an email asking for a price to replace a leaking skylight. I got an email back asking for my address to which I replied but was ghosted after that. The next day I called the office and stated what I needed done and was assured someone would give me a call.     Central Exteriors did an amazing job installing a metal roof, gutters, and vinyl shake shingles on the gabels. I appreciate the communication with Jon as he was very quick to respond to any questions I had. During the roof install an unexpected thunderstorm was headed my way. Jon contacted me at about 8 pm to let me know that his crew was coming to make sure everything was water tight. The crew showed up about 10 pm and got everything sealed up in complete darkness!     We used Central Exteriors for a full roof replacement in December. Working with Jon and the crew was a dream. Jon was patient with our ever-changing schedule prior to the start of the job. He communicated very well from our initial contact right through the completion of the job, and he followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were fully satisfied.
