When we asked for a sample of the roofing material we wanted to see they dropped off a sample for us to see in a timely manner. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Their philosophy is they will fix anything that doesn’t go right but for me, the journey matters regardless of positive end result. I was disappointed with the attention to debris around my property. The tarps had holes in them. The things I cared about that were communicated with the estimator didn’t make it to the team that put in the roof.
