Mills River , NC Had multiple estimates and John from Arden NC location came out and gave me multiple estimates from shingles to metal and explained everything and modified the estimate twice. There were no hidden costs. Very professional and on time in everything they did. Each day clean up was done to ensure pets and tired were safe!!! John was so responsive and honest - best complaint around WNC. If you need a roof … this is your company. I plan on having siding done next.

Chris came out quickly and gathered information for gutter replacement. He asked if I would like a roof estimate also. I was surprised at how affordable both options were, so we did both the roof and the gutters. The crews cleaned up the site afterwards and we are very happy with our new roof and larger gutters.

I needed my roof replaced & had a total of seven companies come to home & give me quotes. Jon Harteis, the owner, came by quoted me the best price for what I wanted. Others gave me a slightly lower price but for class 2 shingles. I ended getting class 4 shingles ( which qualify for an insurance discount) for basically the same price as the lowest bid that I got. They get 5 stars all the way around! We’ve already told our neighbor who is shopping for a new roof. Our contractor was so professional and came through on everything he promised. We got a very professional information packet that explained the whole process and included actual shingle samples for us to choose from. We had an “unusual “ special situation and he trusted us and worked with us every step of the way. After the job was done the contractor took pictures via drone! It was so cool!... Read more
