Communication. I'd sent a note to Central about a simple job and received no response from them. I followed up by phone, where I was told, "Oh, now I see the email." While they couldn't do the job I was requesting, I'd be hesitant to work with a company that can't even return a simple job request email.

Jon and his team at Central Exteriors - Asheville are top notch! They provided a reasonable estimate, quick turnaround time, and excellent quality work. We were very impressed with our gutters. They are secure, clean, and look amazing! We will no doubt call on these guys again if the need arises.
