This time we had them fix attic ventilation issues by installing new exhaust for bathroom fans as well as soffits. I have had two great experiences with Central Exteriors tackling a roof installation and skylight repair, and the having a small repair on out terracotta tile roof in Washington DC. Ian is always responsive and foreman provides excellent communication about job and sends photos of issue and final product. Highly recommend.
