We have an upstairs deck outside of the master bedroom and it started to leak down to the screened in porch below. Central Exteriors replaced this old roof with a new roof. A heavy rain on Sept. 9th provided a good test. No leaks anymore. We are quite pleased with Central from their analysis of the type of flat roof needed to the installation process, the sealing of the new roof and clean up. Fantastic experience. -- We had to redo all of the trim on our house. It was a huge job and one that we just couldn't do ourselves.
