I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Central Exteriors Asheville, especially Jon. We reached out to numerous roofing companies for estimates. Many did not bother to show up for appointments. Others showed up and told us how experienced they were and how they could easily do the work required but then provided estimates that ignored or omitted specific requirements. Central Exteriors are very responsive when trying to schedule work to be done. When we asked for a sample of the roofing material we wanted to see they dropped off a sample for us to see in a timely manner. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. They finished the job in a professional manner in just 2 days. I would use them again and would recommend them to someone else.

Their philosophy is they will fix anything that doesn’t go right but for me, the journey matters regardless of positive end result. I was disappointed with the attention to debris around my property.
