We had a $23K roof put on our townhouse which is lovely. It did take months to get in the queue but that was no issue. The only problem I had was our gutters began to fall off within 6 weeks of the roof replacement. There is no doubt there was a connection but Central Exteriors would not come out and connect them back.

After talking to a total of 3 roofing companies we decided to go with Central Exteriors to replace our house and detached shed roof. The price was excellent and the crew were exceptional. We had upgraded to a architectural style shingles because of the higher wind reinforcement ratings and it looks beautiful! Highly recommend.

The job was started less than a week after our estimate was provided. And the roof looks great! Not to mention that it was less expensive than the other estimate we received; enough that we actually were able to get the gutters replaced too.
