When we signed a contract for all of our windows to be replaced back in March, the estimate was 6 months for installation. Now that 6 months have passed, I called to find out it will be another 3 which takes us into winter! (They didn’t even reach out to me to tell me.) Very unprofessional and seems kind of scammy. UPDATE: I do have it in writing that it would be done in 6 months.

Chapman did a fantastic job installing two entry doors with storm doors on my house. The materials and workmanship are top notch, I am very happy with the final products. The only downside is that I had to wait a year for installation once I placed the order. This isn't necessarily Chapman's fault though, because at the time the entire country was dealing with post-pandemic supply chain issues. I can say enough good things about my experience from beginning to end! The entire team helped me navigate the install of my door and when there was a minor issue with the installation that was not their fault they made sure everything was taken care of and I was 100% satisfied before anything else was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of window or door replaced, fixed, installed anything they are amazing.
