Needed a repair for a water leak coming in around a gas fireplace chimney. Received prompt service. Cary, one of the service personnel called ahead, and was promptly able to fix the problem. I also asked for an inspection of the roof to identify any other problems which he also fixed. Very happy with the service.
The people I dealt with at Charleswood Roofing, from the office staff to the estimator to the roofer's kept me informed on what to expect and a timeline.
