Extremely disappointed in my dealings with Ted and Chattanooga Roofing Company. Starting out, (March 6) Ted responded quickly for the inspection and told me that he thought that the insurance would pay for a complete roof. So we moved forward with filing a claim. (March 30) Chatt Roofing and an insurance inspector came and immediately said that it was an installation error, not storm damage and they would not pay.
