About Chesco Remodeling LLC

After 25+ years, I took the leap of faith to start my own company with an honest desire to provide top quality work at a reasonable rate. After years of hearing various horror stories of home renovation and roofing companies that had lost sight of their customers and only worried about the bottom line, I knew I had to become THE solution. Chesco Remodeling LLC was born. Chesco, my fathers nickname, was a master carpenter who built everything from Luxury office buildings to custom homes. He would help our family with their exterior remodeling needs. Unfortunetly, we did not realize how good we had it until he passed. Since then, I have been blessed with the opportunity as a general contractor to provide that same luxury to the general public. I believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect and honesty. No job is too big nor too small.

I had 11 leaking windows. The windows themselves were fine but the caulk seams around them gave way and water came in every time it rained. I contacted many companies. Chesco was one of 3 to say the windows needed to come out to be successfully repaired. Only 2 of the 3 submitted an estimate. I found them when they were repairing/replacing the roof on another house on the next block. They were not the lowest bid but did negotiate and offered a fair price. I always give Vetern-owned companies a preference when I can. Repairs were for wood around windows and doors and painting. They showed up on time and did a fine job. Afterwards there were a couple spots to touch up and they had no trouble sending someone out (Joel) to touch up the paint in those spots for no extra charge. Thanks t... Read more

Had been through 2 bad contractor experiences and finally found a reliable company who gets the job done at a reasonable price. Their electricians did a job in an afternoon that 2 other contractors could not get done in a year. They did a great job staining my deck and sealing my driveway as well. Highly recommend Chesco and will be using them again soon.
