About Chesco Remodeling LLC

After 25+ years, I took the leap of faith to start my own company with an honest desire to provide top quality work at a reasonable rate. After years of hearing various horror stories of home renovation and roofing companies that had lost sight of their customers and only worried about the bottom line, I knew I had to become THE solution. Chesco Remodeling LLC was born. Chesco, my fathers nickname, was a master carpenter who built everything from Luxury office buildings to custom homes. He would help our family with their exterior remodeling needs. Unfortunetly, we did not realize how good we had it until he passed. Since then, I have been blessed with the opportunity as a general contractor to provide that same luxury to the general public. I believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect and honesty. No job is too big nor too small.

We purchased a house that had cut trusses in the attic to accommodate a pull-down attic. We hired a structural engineer to give us a drawing, and we gave that drawing to several remodeling companies. Chesco was the only company who were willing to come out and look at the roof instead of giving us a quote on the phone, and they had the project done a week from when they gave me the quote. I would definitely hire them again for other remodeling projects.

On the recommendation of our neighbors, we contacted Chesco for a new roof and gutters. Grant and John came out the next day and gave us a quote. There aren't enough great things I can say about Chesco Remodeling! I contacted a handful of contractors to install a 12'x20' deck on the back of my house in the Chelsea Beach neighborhood to replace a set of dilapidated stairs leading into my back yard. Mona contacted me less than two hours after I submitted an online request to arrange a date & time for an estimate, and Charles came out a couple of days later and had a quote to me within a few days (to this day, I have yet to hear back from an... Mona, Charles, John and crew were amazing, from start to finish. They were very professional. Chesco is local mom and pops company and I’m so glad we went with them. Chesco is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Right from the start, they were very responsive, answered all my questions and provided information to make the decisions as easy as possible.
