About Chesco Remodeling LLC

After 25+ years, I took the leap of faith to start my own company with an honest desire to provide top quality work at a reasonable rate. After years of hearing various horror stories of home renovation and roofing companies that had lost sight of their customers and only worried about the bottom line, I knew I had to become THE solution. Chesco Remodeling LLC was born. Chesco, my fathers nickname, was a master carpenter who built everything from Luxury office buildings to custom homes. He would help our family with their exterior remodeling needs. Unfortunetly, we did not realize how good we had it until he passed. Since then, I have been blessed with the opportunity as a general contractor to provide that same luxury to the general public. I believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect and honesty. No job is too big nor too small.

After moving into our pre-owned home, and in it for just under 100 day, our roof began to leak. We could not believe that this was happening. We were told the roof was new and the mortgage inspector certified the roof was new. Based on that information and unable to actually see the roof, we opted to not have a home inspection prior to purchase. Our mistake. Word to the wise, always get a home inspection. Roof inspection was thorough with pictures and feedback on condition. Very courteous and professional. Very honest in letting me know cost may go beyond estimate once they saw conditions under old roofing. Cost was very reasonable considering the high quality of work performed. Very good cleanup after work completed. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience working with Chesco was great! They were extremely timely from when we first called them. Got right back to us and scheduled a time to come out and assess what we needed done to our roof. They also worked with our insurance company to make sure we got what we needed and it was correct! I had some leaking over the summer and contacted Chesco to come take a look and possibly repair. They were quick to respond and they gave me a fair price to fix the boot on my roof that was not needed. Later I had more leaks that appeared so again I contacted Chesco to take a look.
