The initial assessment was lacking in that they did not get on the roof and declared it was likely from HVAC condensation. Chief Roofing did us right on a roof replacement. The new roof looks really good, and they dealt efficiently with some unexpected problems they encountered with the chimney. It was a two-day job, and it rained on the night of the first day, but they left the roof water tight even half-way through.
