The owner came to the home to make his proposal, explaining possible causes of concern and areas that needed repair in great detail. The workmen arrived on time, were polite. The job was completed quickly but carefully.     We had Chief replace a faulty skylight and repair leaks around 4 other skylights that had been installed on a flat roof 20+ years ago. Their charge was significantly less than others we had obtained. More importantly, the work was done on time and looks great. Their technician, Jose, was prompt and efficient.     Prompt call back and scheduling. Technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about the fact that the leak could be fixed and that we still had a couple of years left on our roof so nothing else needed (which we appreciated). Fixed the leak in our roof quickly and at a competitive price. Online invoicing and courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Excellent customer service and would use them again.

    I spent a considerable amount of time finding the right roofing company. Chief Roofing was my preferred roofing contractor from the three (3) I solicited quotes from and they were in the middle. They were the most consistent with information from their website and in person. The owner came out to meet me to discuss his approach to my re-roofing.
