We had Chief Roofing repair a small roof leak courtesy of David Weekly Homebuilder. The work and service was fine. The initial assessment was lacking in that they did not get on the roof and declared it was likely from HVAC condensation. After they left, I had Boers Brothers HVAC come out to look at the duct work. He took one look at it, declared it was a roof leak and charged me $91 for coming out. Chief Roofing did us right on a roof replacement. The new roof looks really good, and they dealt efficiently with some unexpected problems they encountered with the chimney. It was a two-day job, and it rained on the night of the first day, but they left the roof water tight even half-way through.
