My father used this service to repair the roof of his home this Spring. They did a fantastic job! The owner came to the home to make his proposal, explaining possible causes of concern and areas that needed repair in great detail. The workmen arrived on time, were polite. The job was completed quickly but carefully. All damaged roofing materials were replaced, and the biggest cause of concern (the area around the chimney) was paid close attention to and fixed very well. No nails, or any roof... Read more

We had Chief replace a faulty skylight and repair leaks around 4 other skylights that had been installed on a flat roof 20+ years ago. Their charge was significantly less than others we had obtained. More importantly, the work was done on time and looks great. Their technician, Jose, was prompt and efficient. He was very professional and polite. Prompt call back and scheduling. Technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about the fact that the leak could be fixed and that we still had a couple of years left on our roof so nothing else needed (which we appreciated). Fixed the leak in our roof quickly and at a competitive price. Online invoicing and courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Excellent customer service and would use them again.
