I spent a considerable amount of time finding the right roofing company. Chief Roofing was my preferred roofing contractor from the three (3) I solicited quotes from and they were in the middle. They were the most consistent with information from their website and in person. The owner came out to meet me to discuss his approach to my re-roofing. We had a leak in our roof around the chimney. I called Chief Roofing, and an estimator came out a couple days later. The invoice was transmitted quickly, I paid online (an easy and convenient payment option}, and the roofer was here 2 days later. He worked for several hours, custom crafting a chimney cap, and repair was completed that day. A few days later, our area had that huge rainstorm, and there were NO LEAKS! The company sent the roofers on the date and time agreed upon. They were thorough, took photos of the problem, and sent a repair proposal in a timely fashion. They also came on the repair day almost to the minute they promised! I appreciate the fact that the company values my time. Hoping all is fine as there has been no measurable rain, but they assured me to return if the problem is not corrected. Standing by their workmanship and service—priceless
