Brad came out and was able to reattach some soffit covers and gutter sections that were coming loose and he also answered questions I had about the roof ventilation. He definitely knows his stuff and is very polite and professional.

There is not a minimum charge to do the inspection and give you an estimate. But as Brad said he explained to you, for the work he did, it was a $400 charge. He received your permission from you before beginning the work. I understand that, at times, a repair can seem to be completed quicker than one would expect. But we are not a handyman company. Our specialists are highly trained. Because of our trades, our insurance cost is steep, which does increase the price.
