Stefan Ball and his team at Clark Brothers Roofing did such an amazing job from start to finish. Stefan was able to come out and inspect the roof of my home. He offered to meet with the insurance adjuster to show him damage of the home as well as spent time with me explaining how the process worked from start to finish. We worked with Myles Janess and he was professional and did a wonderful job. He was prompt in his responses, followed up when needed and provided all the necessary documentation for our insurance adjuster. We had a full roof replacement and he made sure it was completed within a day as promised. Myles was with us from initial inspection till the roof replacement. We highly recommend Myles & Clark brothers. Overall it was a great experience.
We had an issue with the gas vent cover that blew off our roof. I called several different roofing companies who didn't seem very interested in helping since this wasn't any type of major repair or roof replacement. Heather had Stefan Ball come out the next day to replace. I appreciated the quick response and also know who to call when other roofing issues appear. Sometimes you need to work on the smaller issues to get the major issues.
