I contacted Clark Brothers for a full roof inspection and "tune up". boy am I glad I did! the worker discovered that where an old satellite dish was attached was not sealed properly and had slowly been rotting out the roof decking. The rot was caught before there was a significant roof leak. It was repaired immediately and even the replacement shingles used were an exact match. very happy with their work.
